If you pay by check, your order will be held until your check clears (10 days to three weeks).

Lost or damaged merchandise
Heroic Visions' careful packing and sturdy shipping methods, means that your items are shipped to you in a non-bendable box or envelope. We also ship all of our items with a Certificate of Mailing - this provides proof of mailing to the proper address. If the U.S. Post Office loses a package or an item arrives damaged, report the damage or lost item to us and we'll correct matters to your satisfaction.

Return Policy
Heroic Visions does not have a return policy, except if an item was lost by the U.S. Postal Service or the item was damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged item, and we will arrange for you to ship that item back to us and correct matters to your satisfaction.

First Printings and Reprints
All collectible comics (back issues) are original first printings unless otherwise noted.

Grading Standards
We are not experts at grading comics. Please keep this in mind when you order a comic from us. We try to evaluate the comic to the best of our knowledge. We refer to the latest issue of Wizard Magazine and Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide for guide lines of how to grade and evaluate comics, and the specific grading definitions.
